Payment Information:
We accept Checks, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and PayPal Payments. In all instances, product will not be shipped until payment arrangements have been approved. A 20% shipping and handling fee will be applied on all orders. All charges related to shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. International orders will have all fees such as customs etc. applied to the 20% normal shipping fee. Nevada Residents will have 7% sales tax applied. Discounts are available on multiple purchases of product. Please feel free to call us should you require special processing of your order. |

Refund/Return Policy: There will be no refunds or credit on custom orders. Store Credit will be given on all returned merchandise or cancelled orders. Store credit may be applied to future purchases from Aquatic Dreamscapes. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, un-used, prepaid and insured for full value. An RMA must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Aquatic Dreamscape's discretion. Shipping damage must be reported immediately, retain all original packaging until repair or replacement is made. |

Delivery Schedule: If items are in stock, delivery will be within 2-4 weeks, for backordered items allow 4-6 weeks. Custom orders require 4-8 weeks for completion and delivery. |
